Only enter information that is needed for the rental. Documentation should be clear, not overloaded.

If verification or metadata is used, the purpose is to show limited information, such as document type, document ID, case ID and status.

The goal is not to show names, email addresses, phone numbers, private agreement text or unnecessary personal data publicly.

Storage

How long is information stored?

Information is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose, unless longer storage is required by law or needed for support, security, accounting or legal claims.
