Safe Standard costs 799 SEK for a license key.
It is a one-time payment with no monthly subscription.

They help structure agreements, custom terms, handover records and damage documentation.
Does Safe Standard replace legal advice or insurance?
No. Safe Standard provides operational documentation structure.
It is not legal advice, insurance or a guarantee of compensation.
Always check which rules, insurance policies and terms apply to your own rental setup.
Can I use Safe Standard for direct rentals?
Yes. Safe Standard works when the booking happens directly between the owner and the renter,
for example by email, phone, your own website, Facebook, a marketplace, referral or another channel.
What types of rentals does Safe Standard fit?
Safe Standard can be used for cabins, holiday homes, vehicles, boats, trailers,
machinery, tools and other equipment where you want to keep agreements, terms,
handover records, photos, damage notes and return documentation in one clearer case.
Why are the app and documents in English?
The app and documents are in English so they can work more broadly when renting to guests,
drivers or customers who do not speak Swedish. It is practical for international renters
and when the documents need to be easier to understand across language borders.
Can I use my own terms?
Yes. Safe Standard includes a Terms section where you can document your own terms,
rules, responsibility, deposit, return requirements, cleaning, usage or other practical requirements.
You are responsible for making sure your terms fit your rental.
Can I document handover and return?
Yes. The Handover section is for documenting condition, photos, keys,
accessories, equipment and other important details at handover.
The Damage section can be used for damage, missing items, photos and follow-up at return.
Can I use Safe Standard for cabin rentals?
Yes. Safe Standard can be used for cabins and holiday homes where you want to keep agreements,
guest information, custom terms, keys, cleaning, photos and damage documentation in the same case.

Yes. Safe Standard can be used for cars, campers, trailers, boats, machinery, tools and other equipment.
You can document condition before rental, photos, mileage or fuel where relevant,

Does Safe Standard work if I already have a website or use another booking channel?
Yes. That is the point. Safe Standard does not need to be the place where the booking happens.
The customer can come from any channel. Safe Standard is used to keep the documentation around the rental together.
What happens after I buy the license key?
You buy the license key, open the app and use Safe Standard to create a structured rental case.
Save your documentation securely and use it as supporting records for your own rental process.
Who developed Safe Standard?
Safe Standard was developed by Erica Nordlöf through Nordlöf Nordic.
Erica also runs the rental business Offroad Bumpis in Skåne, Sweden, and built Safe Standard
from practical direct rental needs.
