1. Service
Safe Standard is provided by Nordlöf Nordic in Malmö, Sweden as a web-based documentation tool for direct rentals. It is not a marketplace, payment service, insurance product or legal advisory service.
2. Free lifetime license for the first 100
The first 100 people or businesses that complete the free order receive a personal lifetime license for 0 SEK. One license per person or business. The offer closes when 100 licenses have been issued.
3. No hidden fees
The license has no setup fee, monthly fee, annual fee or automatic charge. Future separate products or optional services may be offered separately but are never charged automatically.
4. License use
The license belongs to the person or business that ordered it. The key must not be sold, published or used to bypass technical limits. Unusual sharing can lead to limitation or revocation.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the data, terms and documents you create. Review the content and make sure it fits the rental and applicable laws, insurance requirements, tax rules and other obligations.
6. Backup documents
Swedish and English PDF and ODT files are included at no extra cost. They are editable starting points and not a guarantee of legal validity.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, improved or temporarily unavailable. Lifetime license means that the license has no recurring fee; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation forever.
8. Limitation of liability
Nordlöf Nordic is not liable for indirect loss, lost income, disputes between parties or decisions based solely on the documents.
