2. Marketing website
The website uses no affiliate links and no external analytics or marketing scripts. Ordinary technical server logs may be created by the hosting provider and GitHub Pages.
3. Order and license
The free license order is processed by Payhip. Payhip may process name, email address, order details and license key under its own terms. Safe Standard uses the license key for server-side license verification and security status.
4. Data in the app
The license key can be stored in your browser. Technical data may be processed for license checks, security signals and public document verification. Document metadata can include document ID, case ID, document type, status and timestamps.
5. Your documents
Avoid entering sensitive personal data that is not necessary for the rental. Public verification should display metadata rather than private agreement details. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for personal data you enter.
6. Storage and security
Safe Standard uses technical safeguards but cannot guarantee that an internet service is always free from risk or interruption. Keep your own copies of important documents.
