Is Safe Standard free?
The first 100 users receive a personal lifetime license for 0 SEK. There is no subscription, setup fee or hidden cost.
What does lifetime license mean?
The license has no recurring fee and does not need renewal. The offer is limited to one license per person or business for the first 100 users.
Which languages are available?
The complete workspace is available in Swedish and English. The language choice remains active as you move between pages.
Are document templates included?
Yes. Seven document types are available as PDF and editable ODT in both Swedish and English: 28 backup files at no extra cost.
Is Safe Standard a booking system?
No. Booking can happen by email, phone, your website or another booking service. Safe Standard keeps the documentation after booking.
Does it replace legal advice?
No. You are responsible for adapting content, terms, insurance and procedures to the rental and the rules that apply.
How do I get the license key?
Complete the free order through Payhip. The personal key is displayed and sent to the email address you provide.
Is there a setup fee or future automatic charge?
No. The first-100-user license costs 0 SEK and has no setup fee, monthly fee, annual fee or automatic charge.
How many backup documents are included?
Seven document types are available as PDF and editable ODT in Swedish and English: 28 separate files.
Can I edit the documents?
Yes. ODT files can be edited in LibreOffice, Microsoft Word and compatible software. PDFs are intended for printing or direct viewing.
Where do I enter the license key?
Open app.safestandard.se and enter the key on the sign-in page. The key remains stored in the browser until you log out.
Can I use the app on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The app is mobile-first and works in modern browsers on phones, tablets and desktop computers.
What does public verification display?
Verification is intended for document metadata such as document ID, case ID, type and status. Private agreement details should not be published there.
Does the website use affiliate or analytics tracking?
The marketing website contains no affiliate links and no external analytics or tracking scripts.
Can I reuse templates and terms?
Yes, but always review the content and adapt it to each new rental.
How do I get support?
Email support@safestandard.se with a description of the issue. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data or secret license details.
