Before handover
- Identify the asset by registration, serial number or other reference.
- Record mileage, fuel, charge level or operating hours when relevant.
- List keys, safety equipment, chargers, cables and accessories.
- Photograph existing marks and damage.
During the rental
Custom terms can cover authorized drivers, geographic limits, use rules, cleaning, storage and what to do after faults or accidents. Insurance conditions must be checked separately.
At return
Review the same points again. Record new deviations and photos before creating any damage or cost record.
