What Safe Standard® is
This is documentation — not a platform, service, certification, or legal advice.
Safe Standard® is a professional digital rental documentation pack for real-world rentals.
It is designed for real-world rentals and manual use — not a platform, software service, certification, ID verification, or e-signature solution.
The templates may be used and customized for your own rentals in any country, with no limit on duration or number of rentals.
All agreements created using the templates are private contracts entered into directly between the rental parties.
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime right of use.
Ownership of the templates remains with Nordlöf Nordic.
How you may use the documentation
The documentation are intended for personal or internal business use.
You may not share, distribute, resell, sublicense, bundle, or include the templates, in whole or in part, in any:
service
platform
software
commercial product
This protects the integrity of the product and keeps the license fair for all users.
Country coverage and compliance
Safe Standard® includes Country Annexes covering 206 countries.
For each rental, the correct Country Annex must be selected and applied.
You are responsible for choosing the appropriate annex and ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.
Responsibility and limitations
Nordlöf Nordic is not a party to any rental agreement, dispute, or claim.
You remain fully responsible for:
how the documents are used
compliance with applicable laws
the content and outcome of any rental agreement
The documents provide documentation support only and do not constitute legal advice.
Delivery and refunds
Safe Standard® is delivered digitally.
Once delivery has occurred, all sales are final.
By completing the purchase, you consent to immediate digital delivery and, where applicable, acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Intellectual property
All documents and Country Annexes are protected by copyright.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or redistribution is prohibited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
Failure to use the correct Country Annex may affect enforceability.
